Abstract Venous anastomosis with a coupler device is an effective alternative to the hand-sewn technique. Twist in veins following troublesome complication that needs revision of venous anastomosis. The author proposes simple technique reduce incidence this complication. This particularly useful head and neck reconstruction for beginners initial part learning curve.
